- No. There are no matching contributions and you may not add any
money to your account. You
may, however open a new account with MassMutual and contribute
funds that way.

- You can either call 1-800-74-FLASH (3-5274) or log on
to their website at www.massmutual.com.
3. If I have not yet made an election indicating
where my contributions will be invested, where does my money go
when it deposits into my MassMutual account?
- Your money deposits into a Conservative Default Fund.
You may leave your money in this account or move it into
the other mutual funds that MassMutual offers.

Can I borrow from my Retirement Fund?
- No. There are no hardship distributions and you cannot borrow
against your Retirement Fund.
5. How often are my Retirement Fund statements sent out?

MassMutual sends out quarterly statements.
6. When are my employer contributions deposited in my
MassMutual account?
- Your employer’s monthly contributions are due by the
15th of the following work month.
Contributions are forwarded to MassMutual the first week of the following month.

Where can I get copies of my marriage license or birth
records?
Certified
copies of marriage or birth records are available from the
county clerk in the county where the marriage or birth
